Scriptum Strategies provides business consulting services including strategic planning, organizational development, and executive coaching. Engagement in these services is subject to a separate signed Professional Services Agreement which shall supersede these website terms in the event of any conflict.

In no event shall Scriptum Strategies, nor any of its officers, directors and employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this Website whether such liability is under contract.
